Products purchased from Memo Magic are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
